This page explains how Everybody Chill Radio handles information when you listen, contact us, or leave a station message.
What we receive
- When you contact us, we receive the name you choose to provide, your email address, the subject, and your message.
- When you call the station, we may receive your recording and information you choose to share in it, along with caller information provided by the phone service.
- Our hosting and security providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser, device information, and request logs to deliver and protect the website. Sign-in may be required for private or administration areas.
How we use it
We use contact information to respond to questions, manage the station, address music-credit or rights concerns, and protect the service from abuse. The player records track playback and playback failures to help operate the station; these records do not include a listener profile. We do not add advertising pixels or audience analytics to the radio player.
We do not sell your contact details or use your contact messages for marketing without permission.
Contact forms and service providers
Our contact form is processed by FormSubmit, and messages are delivered to our Gmail inbox. FormSubmit retains a submission archive for 30 days. Spam protection may use Google reCAPTCHA, which may process technical information and use cookies under Google’s Privacy Policy. We also rely on hosting, email, and phone providers to operate the station. They process information under their own policies. We may disclose information when required by law.
Station messages
The station’s voicemail greeting explains that messages may be edited and broadcast. By leaving a station message, you agree to that use. Please avoid sharing sensitive information or private information about others. Sending a message through the contact form does not, by itself, give us permission to broadcast it.
Keeping and deleting information
We keep contact correspondence and station recordings for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the station, or meet legal obligations. You can use our contact form to ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Please include enough detail for us to identify the message or recording. We will review your request and respond; legal obligations or technical limitations may affect what can be removed.
Links and changes
Music credits and other pages link to external websites with their own privacy practices. If we change this policy, we will update this page and its effective date.
